As the Managing Agent for Waxahachie Saddlebrook Estates Homeowners’ Association, Inc., we are pleased to announce that the Virtual Annual Meeting of the Members has been scheduled for Tuesday, January 16th, 2024. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the normal business of the Association and to present information on current Association affairs.

Enclosed in this packet you will find the draft agenda and a proxy. Even if you plan on attending it is important that you return your proxy as unforeseen circumstances may occur, preventing you from being able to attend. The Annual Meeting cannot be held unless quorum requirements are met. If a meeting must be reconvened for a later date, additional costs to the Association are incurred.

It’s time for our neighborhood garage sale! The more houses that participate, the more likely that shoppers will drive out to our beautiful neighborhood to buy your stuff!

The sale will be Saturday, October 14 and Sunday, October 15 from 8 AM - 2 PM. You can participate one or both days.

Register at https://bit.ly/F23sale by October 5 to participate and be included in our marketing.

Join your neighbors on Saturday, September 23, from 6-8:30 PM for a Block Party! We will have music, lawn games, field day style competitions, a photo backdrop, and a bounce house (provided by Whitetail Event Rentals).

FREE hot dogs, chips, and drinks will be provided! (First come first serve until we run out!)

Note: The pool will also be open and a few of the games/competitions will involve water, so dress accordingly if you plan to get wet!
